01 · Thank You

A genuine thank you, first

Working with the three of you has been a real pleasure. Haute & Polished has a clear brand, a strong portfolio, and a team that cares about getting it right. We wish you nothing but momentum from here.

This packet is your handover. It covers how the next few weeks will roll out, what we've been running for you, the final report still on its way, and how to cleanly remove our access when you're ready.

Transition Timeline

A smooth wind-down, not a hard stop

Our 12-week service agreement formally ends at midnight on May 20, 2026. To make this transition as smooth as possible, our team will finalize the rest of May's content for you by the end of this week. We'd love your revisions back as soon as possible so every final piece is ready to go live by May 31.

That way you'll have consistent content posting all the way through the end of the month, and your team gets a little breathing room to plan for what June looks like.

Weekly calls wrap effective today, since the next one would have fallen after the agreement end date. The final KPI report follows by June 12 once May's full data is in.

02 · This Week

A couple of approvals to keep things on track

Two friendly nudges so we can land this transition cleanly. Both are time-sensitive but easy.

1

Two final blog posts in Wix

The last two blog posts are sitting in your Wix dashboard ready for review.

Please look through and approve by end of this week so we have ample time to make any revisions and publish both before May 31.

2

Three newsletters, in three steps

The newsletter we sent for approval late last week is still pending. We'd love to push that one out this week so we stay on cadence.

After that, we have two more to deliver. We'll draft both and share for review by end of this week.

One will go out the final week of May. The last one will send the week of June 1 to June 5.

03 · Scope

What we were running for you

A quick summary so nothing falls through the cracks. We've broken Instagram out in more detail below the table since that was the bulk of the work.

Monthly content strategy

Theme planning, pillar mix, calendar building, and campaign tie-ins aligned to your seasonal pushes.

Content day support

Ideation, reels scripts, shot lists, on-the-day direction, and post-production turnaround so each content day yielded a backlog you could actually publish from.

Post production + publishing

Reels, carousels, static posts, and Stories. Captions, hashtag sets, and scheduling all handled.

Dream 100 engagement

Daily targeted engagement across a curated list of accounts (designers, other trade partners, ideal client adjacent) to grow reach without paid spend.

Performance review

Recurring read-out on what worked, what didn't, and what to double down on in the next cycle.

04 · Final Deliverable

One last report, delivered June 12

1

Final KPI report · delivered by June 12, 2026

The last day we post and publish on your behalf is May 31. To give the data a full window to settle, we'll pull the complete May numbers during the second week of June and email you the final KPI report.

05 · Your Content & IP

Everything we made for you is yours

You may be wondering what happens to all the content we've produced over the last 12 weeks. The short answer: it's yours.

The full content archive

We'll zip up everything we produced for Haute & Polished in the shared Drive and give you a download link so you have a clean local copy. That includes things like:

  • Reel scripts, raw clips, and edited exports
  • Static post graphics and carousel files
  • Captions, hashtag sets, and post copy
  • Google Business Profile photos and any other client-facing assets

Your final newsletter list

After our final newsletter send the week of June 1 to June 5, we'll export your cleaned and de-duplicated subscriber list as a CSV and email it over so you can take it anywhere.

What's yours. Anything we produced specifically for your business is your intellectual property. Repurpose it, archive it, hand it to a future agency or in-house team, whatever serves you.

What stays with us. Our internal templates (including the Canva master templates we built to produce your content), dashboards, methodologies, and proprietary scripts are Illume's, and don't transfer with the handover.

06 · Removing Our Access

How to remove Illume from your accounts

When you're ready, here's how to fully revoke our access. We're happy to do this together on the handoff call, or you can do it on your own using the steps below. Click each one to expand.

Wix

From your Wix dashboard:

  1. Open Settings in the left sidebar.
  2. Click Roles & Permissions.
  3. Find the Illume team member(s) listed and click the three-dot menu next to each.
  4. Select Remove from Site and confirm.
Google Analytics (GA4)

From analytics.google.com:

  1. Select your property in the top dropdown.
  2. Open Admin (gear icon, bottom left).
  3. Under the Property column, click Property access management.
  4. Find the Illume email(s) and any service account ending in @illume-digital-analytics.iam.gserviceaccount.com.
  5. Click each, then Remove.
Google Business Profile

Easiest path is from your phone:

  1. Open the Google Maps app, signed in as the account that owns your business listing.
  2. Tap your profile icon (top right) → Your Business Profile.
  3. Tap the three-dot menu → Business Profile settings.
  4. Tap Managers.
  5. Find any Illume email listed and tap Remove.

From a desktop browser: search "Haute and Polished Designs" on Google while signed in as the owner, click the three-dot menu on your business panel, then follow the same Settings → Managers path.

07 · End of Service

What stops on May 31

So you can plan around it. Starting June 1:

08 · Post Service Support

We're here for the transition
